What Is The Capacity Of Batching Plant - Atlas Equipments

The batching plant capacity is the biggest factor determining its price. The range of price depends on the capacity of the batching plant. The other factors that influence are its dimensions and accessories. Most of the concrete plants that are in demand are in the range of 60 m3/hr. to 90 m3/hr. The heavy-duty structure and reliable design makes Atlas the preferred choice. We are looking for concrete mixing plant export to countries like Saudi Arabia, Oman, Nigeria, Bangladesh, etc.

Atlas is a quality manufacturer and exporter and hence we have developed mobile as well as stationary versions. Mobile batch plants are available in the range 10 cbm, 15 cbm, 20 cbm, 30 cbm, 45 cbm and 60 cbm per hour. We can also manufacture portable designed higher models like 75 and 90 m3.

Atlas equipment is widely used commercially in different projects. Some distinct advantages are its advanced design, reliable structure, versatility, containerized design concept, advanced controls, etc. All our concrete plants have superior features, high automation facilities, high accuracy, and excellent mixing in a short time. When we offer high efficiency, low energy consumption, and use branded components we become the natural choice of customers.

The range of batching plants that we offer are: • Stationary type – 30 to 200 m3/hr. • Mobile type – 20 to 60 m3/hr. • Portable type – 10 to 30 m3/hr. • Mini batch plant – 8 to 13 m3/hr.

Concrete Batch Mix Plant – Capacity 8 to 30 m3/hr.

Atlas concrete batch mix plant offered with capacities 8 to 30 m3/hr. They are usually small and compact. The smallest of the lot are mini versions offered in 2 models RM 800 and RM 1050. RM stands for a reversible mixer. Reversible mixer means the mixing is done by a mixing unit in a drum which moves in a reversible manner. The equipment comes with 3 bins one each for sand, cement, and one type of aggregate. Water is added separately into the mixer after getting weighed into its weigh hopper. This is an ideal machine for small and remote sites. The small length and weight of 4-5 tons facilitate easy towing by any suitable vehicle. Controlling is by a control panel mounted in a cabin on the machine.

The models ranging from 10 to 20 m3/hr. Are with 4 bins and with the same reversible drum mixer unit. The presence of 4 bins allows the addition of 4 aggregate materials including one type of sand. It should be noted that water is added separately after individual weighing and the same for cement. Cement is transferred from a separate screw conveyor. Cement is filled in a cement hopper or a cement silo. Plant controlling is by a control panel that can be mounted on the main chassis or it can be fixed in a separate control cabin.

A portable version of concrete plant is available in capacities 20 to 30 cbm / hour. These are compact yet portable versions developed for customers looking for something that can be used for medium-sized projects. The design is compact and versatile. It is easy to tow by a tractor, the controls are in a separate cabin, the design is containerized. The highlights of this design are maximum features and minimum space. This design is equipped with a pan type mixing unit ideal for small to medium-sized projects. Individual weighing for cement and additive is on separate weigh scales provided on top of the mixing unit. The bins provided are in 2 x 2 configuration and have individual control gates.

Atlas make Mobile concrete batch mixers are also available with twin shaft mixers. This design may not be as compact as the portable plants but it is widely accepted in India and overseas markets. It can be towed and pulled by a prime mover. The overall design is containerized and the control cabin is housed in a foldable control cabin.

Concrete Batching Mixing Plant – Capacity 30 to 90 m3/hr. And above

Atlas make concrete plants offered with higher capacities than 30 m3/hr. Are available as mobile and stationary types. There will be a price difference in the batching mixing plants in offered capacities in mobile and stationary types. Customers who opt for the mobile version can select up to 60 m3/hr. The mobile type offered is with an advanced control system in a foldable control cabin. There are 4 bins for the addition of different aggregate types. The mixer offered is a twin shaft or planetary or pan type. It is easy and fast to commission this equipment in less than a day.

Stationary batch mixing plants are offered starting capacity 30 cbm and go as high as 200 cbm per hour. The bins are inline and bigger when compared to the mobile version. The idea is to have equipment stationed at one place for churning our high volumes of ready mix concrete for longer durations. These plants are usually of capacities ranging 75 m3/hr. And above. Atlas offers stationary batching plants with pan type, planetary, and twin shaft mixers. The units are all modular but require more foundation setup compared to mobile plants. The Control panel is usually housed in a control cabin. Such type of plant is excellent for high volumes of ready mix concrete.
